We are a renowned architectural firm based in Acre, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving, restoring and conserving historical buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of historical buildings to determine their significance and condition.
- Develop preservation plans and strategies for the restoration and conservation of historical structures.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the proper execution of preservation projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and reports for preservation projects.
- Monitor the progress of restoration projects and ensure they adhere to historic preservation standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the condition of historical buildings.
- Provide expert advice on maintenance and repair techniques for historical structures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Preservation Architect.
- Extensive knowledge of historic preservation principles, techniques, materials, and practices.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze complex data.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
