Dishwasher for Indian Restaurant in Malindi

We are hiring a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher to join our team at an Indian restaurant in Malindi. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality or have experience working in an Indian restaurant
- Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with team members
- Previous experience as a dishwasher is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physically capable of standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Assist with light food prep tasks as needed
- Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- Follow all food safety regulations and procedures
