Job Title: Architectural Technologist



We are a dynamic and innovative architectural firm based in Porto, seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and models, preparing construction documents, and collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and construction, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month with accommodation provided. All nationalities are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and solutions
- Create detailed technical drawings and models using AutoCAD or other design software
- Prepare construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project development
- Assist with project management tasks such as contract administration and budget tracking
- Keep up-to-date on building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
