Architectural Technologist in Porto, Portugal


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for various construction projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create detailed technical drawings and plans
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project designs are accurate and feasible
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess progress of construction projects
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative solutions for design challenges
- Stay updated on industry standards, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Porto, Portugal
- Fluency in Portuguese or other languages spoken in Porto
