Gardener - Siauliai, Lithuania



We are in search of a skilled Gardener to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our clients' gardens and landscapes. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain gardens by planting, pruning, fertilizing, and watering plants
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as weeding, mowing, and edging lawns
- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases
- Install new plants and maintain existing ones to ensure a vibrant and healthy landscape
- Operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and hand tools
- Assist with landscape design projects when needed
- Keep garden areas clean and organized

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of various plant species and their care needs
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to use gardening tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within given deadlines
- Attention to detail to maintain the aesthetics of the gardens

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in horticulture or landscaping is a plus
- Proficient in English language; knowledge of local languages is an advantage but not required.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
