Facade Technician



As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of building facades in the beautiful city of Porto. With a salary of 1500$ per month, this contract job offers an exciting opportunity for experienced individuals in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain building facades according to project specifications
- Repair damaged or faulty facades as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of facades
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Keep accurate records of all work performed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation and maintenance
- Relevant technical diploma or certification preferred
- Strong understanding of construction materials and methods related to facades
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
