We are seeking a skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as office spaces, shopping malls, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and visually appealing designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Develop detailed blueprints using specialized software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented correctly
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project
- Visit construction sites regularly to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Conduct research on building materials and techniques to incorporate into designs
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
