Land Surveyor

A well-established construction company in Kaunas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying and land measurement techniques, as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various instruments such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Prepare survey reports, maps, and drawings
- Analyze survey data and provide accurate measurements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of project plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Keep detailed records of survey data for future reference
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software
- Strong understanding of land measurement techniques and principles
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position. This position is open to Indian nationals who have the right to work in Kaunas. Accommodation will not be provided for this role.
