We are a fast-paced and dynamic company in search of a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our network infrastructure, servers, and systems to ensure their reliability and security. You will also be responsible for implementing new systems and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, server management, and experience with various operating systems. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as CCNA or MCSA.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of our network infrastructure, servers, and systems
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise, including hardware failures
- Ensure the security of our network by implementing firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures
- Install new software updates and patches as needed
- Configure and maintain user accounts on servers and applications
- Collaborate with other IT team members to design and implement new systems
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Conduct regular backups of critical data to ensure data integrity
- Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in network administration or system administration
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), LAN/WAN topologies, routing/switching technologies
- Experience with server management (Windows Server/Linux)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience with Active Directory management
- Knowledge of backup solutions such as Veeam or Acronis
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position. Additionally, we offer benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
