Restaurant Manager (Nepali)



We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nakuru. As a Nepali Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of staff.

Your main duties will include managing inventory, ordering supplies, creating staff schedules, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant. You will also be responsible for training new staff members and ensuring that all employees follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.

To excel in this role, you should have prior experience working in a restaurant environment and strong leadership skills. Fluency in English is not required for this position, as long as you are able to effectively communicate with our Nepali-speaking staff and customers.

We welcome candidates without prior experience as long as they possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. However, priority will be given to those with previous restaurant management experience.

In addition to your monthly salary of 1700$, we offer opportunities for growth within our company. As part of our hiring process, we require candidates to have a valid biometric passport from Nepal.
