Seasonal Restaurant Manager
We are in search of a Seasonal Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lahore for a temporary position. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations during the busy season. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards
- Train and supervise staff members to maintain high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor sales and expenses to ensure profitability of the restaurant
- Collaborate with other managers to develop strategies for improving overall performance of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
This is a seasonal position with an hourly rate of 1000$. The selected candidate must have their own visa allowing them to work in Lahore. Accommodation will not be provided.
