Land Surveyor

We are in need of a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Isa Town. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries, locations of existing structures, and topographical features. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in land surveying and be familiar with various surveying techniques and equipment. You must also have knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using advanced surveying tools and techniques
- Review plans, maps, and other documents to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Identify property boundaries and mark them with stakes or other markers
- Analyze survey data to create detailed reports on land conditions
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and other team members to gather information for surveys
- Maintain survey records and manage survey equipment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Proficiency in using GPS, total stations, and other advanced surveying tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
