Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and structures. Your duties will include creating detailed plans, working with clients to understand their vision and needs, and collaborating with other architects and engineers. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and team members. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in architecture, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of building codes and regulations. This position is located in Dickirch and is open to both Indian nationals as well as foreigners. Fluency in English is required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and needs for the project
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and team members
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building regulations
- Mentor junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage projects from conception to completion
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on international projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices
- Fluency in multiple languages
