Back-End Developer - Karachi, Pakistan

As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining server-side web application logic. You will work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic. Your primary focus will be developing high-quality and efficient code, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing application performance. This is a contract position in Karachi, Pakistan with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement server-side architecture
- Develop and maintain code for new and existing web applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs in a timely manner
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure data security and protection
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby on Rails
- Experience with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud-based services such as AWS or Azure
- Understanding of DevOps principles and practices
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git or SVN
