Caregiver for Elderly in Alta, Norway


We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to provide support and assistance to elderly clients in Alta, Norway. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for helping with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to start immediately for this urgent job opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor client's health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties
- Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment for the client

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Norwegian is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations calmly
- Physical stamina to assist with lifting or moving clients if needed
- Compassionate nature with an understanding of the needs of elderly individuals

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month, along with benefits such as paid time off and medical insurance.
