Handyman for Property Maintenance

We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various properties, including residential and commercial buildings. You will need to have a strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Troubleshoot and fix issues with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, etc.
- Install fixtures and appliances as needed
- Handle basic carpentry tasks such as building shelves or repairing furniture
- Paint walls and touch up any areas that need it
- Keep track of inventory for necessary tools and supplies
- Communicate with property owners/management regarding any necessary repairs or upgrades

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues with various systems
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems preferred
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed
