Waiter/Waitress


We are hiring a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, serving customers, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any issues or requests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in setting up tables and preparing for service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Must have valid work permit for Luxembourg (visa sponsorship may be available)
