We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Adjuster to join our team in Dubrovnik. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for assessing damages and losses for insurance claims. This is a part-time position that offers flexible hours and does not require any previous experience.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine the cause of damages and losses
- Gather evidence and documentation to support claims
- Evaluate policy coverage and determine appropriate compensation
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders or their representatives
- Communicate with insurance companies, lawyers, and other relevant parties
- Provide timely and accurate reports on claim progress

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in insurance adjusting preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing policies and procedures

Salary: $1700 per month (part-time)

Location: Dubrovnik, Croatia (on-site)
