Teamlead for International Software Company in Ashdod, Israel


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our international software company in Ashdod, Israel. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Set project goals and timelines, and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and scope
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues or roadblocks
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Continuously monitor and improve team performance through regular feedback sessions
- Act as a liaison between the development team, management, and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies
- Experience with full stack development using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience with managing offshore teams is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this contract position.

Location: Ashdod, Israel
This position is open to foreigners who are willing to relocate to Ashdod. English proficiency is preferred but not required.

Additional Benefits:
