Team Lead for Indian English-Speaking Part-Time Employees in Ashdod

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Indian employees who are fluent in English and seeking part-time work in Ashdod. Your main role will be to oversee the performance and productivity of the team, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and on time. This position requires someone who can effectively communicate with both team members and clients, as well as provide guidance and support to team members when necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of part-time Indian employees
- Delegate tasks and projects to team members based on their strengths and skills
- Monitor team performance and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance
- Handle any issues or conflicts within the team in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other teams or departments as needed to achieve common goals

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in a leadership or management role preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ashdod, Israel (own visa required)
