We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Online Consultant to join our team in Sheduva. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to client inquiries and concerns through live chat, email, or social media channels
- Providing accurate information and guidance on our products or services
- Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to increase revenue
- Updating client records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in using various online communication tools and platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly

- Knowledge of Filipino or Kenyan culture and language is preferred but not required
