Florist for a Flower Shop in Utena

We are hiring a skilled and creative Florist to join our flower shop team in Utena. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful floral displays for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and events. You will also assist customers in choosing the perfect flowers and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience in floral design, strong communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique floral arrangements
- Maintaining the inventory of fresh flowers and supplies
- Assisting customers in selecting the right flowers for their needs
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing orders and deliveries
- Keeping up with industry trends and techniques
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or floral designer
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Creativity and an eye for detail
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care
- Strong customer service skills
- Biometric passport (for non-EU citizens)

Salary: Starting salary of $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience).

Location: Utena, Lithuania (candidates from India preferred).
