Responsibilities:

- Conduct regression testing after bug fixes or updates
- Document test results and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field preferred
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Knowledge of different types of testing (functional, regression, performance)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
