Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and other geographical features. You will use specialized equipment and technology to accurately record data and create maps, plans, and reports. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools such as GPS systems, total stations, and laser scanners
- Record precise measurements and collect data on land features, boundaries, and topography
- Create detailed maps, plans, and reports using specialized software
- Analyze survey data to identify any errors or discrepancies
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in land surveying is an asset but not required
- Proficiency in using GPS systems, total stations, and other surveying equipment
- Familiarity with CAD software for creating maps and plans
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Location: Multan (open to candidates from any nationality)
Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time (with possibility of overtime)
Visa/Work Permit: Free visa sponsorship provided by the company
Travel: Company will provide return ticket once per year
