Part Time Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a part-time basis in Multan. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and surveys of land and properties. Your main duties will include using various surveying tools and equipment, collecting data, analyzing information, and creating detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, lasers, and levels
- Collect and analyze data to create detailed maps, plans, and reports
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and construction workers to ensure accurate surveying results
- Identify property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of land
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create maps and drawings
- Adhere to safety standards while conducting surveys on potentially hazardous sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role with at least 2 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, lasers, and levels
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and other professionals
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The average workload will be 20 hours per week.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month based on experience.

Location:
This position is based in Multan. However, you may be required to travel within the city or nearby areas for surveys.
