Architectural Designer
Location: Monte-Carlo, Monaco


We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for our clients' projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to bring projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts that meet client requirements
- Use AutoCAD and other software to create detailed plans, elevations, and 3D models of buildings
- Develop and present design proposals to clients for approval
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project design
- Prepare construction documents such as drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, construction methods, and technology
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building systems, materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Experience developing detailed drawings for construction documents
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
