We are in need of a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher to join our team in Fonvieille, France. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dishwashing area. Your duties will include washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using manual or mechanical methods
- Load and operate dishwashing machines
- Sort and stack clean dishes for storage
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area
- Dispose of trash and recycling according to company procedures
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Good communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
