Team Lead - Construction Project Management (Canadian Candidates)

As a Team Lead in Construction Project Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Dickirch. You will lead a team of skilled professionals and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is specifically suited for Canadian candidates who have experience in the construction industry and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Oversee project budget and ensure that costs are controlled
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Lead a team of construction professionals including engineers, architects, contractors, etc.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Identify any potential issues or risks and develop solutions to mitigate them

Requirements:
- Canadian nationality preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6 is an asset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dickirch, Luxembourg (candidates must have their own visa)
