We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project needs and objectives
- Develop conceptual designs and detailed plans using CAD software
- Oversee construction progress and provide guidance to junior architects and designers
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes
- Review project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within set parameters
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of design
- Fluent English language skills (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
