Online English Tutor

As an Online English Tutor, you will be responsible for teaching English to students from various countries, with a focus on those from the Philippines and other non-English speaking countries. This includes creating lesson plans, providing individualized instruction, and tracking student progress. You will primarily teach through virtual platforms, but may also be required to teach in-person classes at our center in Las Vegas. This role is suitable for men who are passionate about teaching and have a strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of individual students
- Conduct online or in-person classes using interactive teaching methods
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their English skills
- Monitor and track student progress through regular assessments
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student performance and progress
- Stay updated with current language teaching methodologies and techniques

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an English tutor or teacher
- Strong command of the English language (Filipino proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and working with students from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to use virtual teaching platforms effectively
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed
