- Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately

- Handling any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records of transactions
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Communicating effectively with team members and management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
