Plasterer Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled Plasterer Supervisor to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastering and supervision, and be able to provide guidance and support to our team of plasterers. As a Plasterer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plastering projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. This is a full-time position suitable for men who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of plasterers
- Plan and schedule plastering projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Allocate resources and budget effectively
- Ensure quality control standards are met
- Train new plasterers on techniques and safety protocols
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or issues
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer Supervisor or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to work full-time in Izhevsk

Salary:
