Executive Chef for Egyptian Cuisine in Doha

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our team in creating authentic Egyptian dishes at our restaurant in Doha. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for designing and implementing menus, managing inventory and food cost, and ensuring high quality and consistency in all dishes. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Egyptian cuisine and be able to showcase their creativity while maintaining traditional flavors. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 and includes free visa and ticket for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Designing menus that feature authentic Egyptian dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
- Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
- Ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented according to high standards of quality and consistency
- Training and supervising kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
- Overseeing food preparation, cooking techniques, and portion control to maintain consistency across all dishes
- Maintaining a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety standards
- Collaborating with management to develop new menu items or seasonal specials

Requirements:
- Must be of Egyptian nationality or have extensive knowledge of Egyptian cuisine
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen
- Creative mindset with the ability to design unique menus while staying true to traditional flavors
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
