A Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively without supervision. Previous experience is not required, making this a great opportunity for beginners or freshers looking to gain experience in the culinary industry.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using the dishwasher or by hand
- Sort and stack clean dishes
- Assist with kitchen prep work as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and surfaces
- Empty trash bins and maintain trash area cleanliness
- Follow all sanitation procedures outlined by the health department
- Report any equipment malfunction or maintenance needs to management

Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physically able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to learn and take direction from kitchen staff
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines is a plus but not required
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be able to communicate in basic English
