Online Consultant for E-commerce Platform in Ufa, Russia

As an Online Consultant for our e-commerce platform in Ufa, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Nepali clients. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email and live chat, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information and recommendations. You will also be responsible for processing orders and ensuring timely delivery to our Nepali customers.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali. As our target market is primarily Nepali customers, proficiency in the Nepali language is a must. Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a remote position that does not require English proficiency or accommodation. However, as you will be handling sensitive customer information, a biometric passport is a strict requirement.
