Office Manager - Acre, India
As an Office Manager at our company in Acre, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in office management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating schedules and meetings, and providing support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, equipment, and furniture
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for team members
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents
- Organize company events or activities as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors or clients visiting the office
- Provide support to team members as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management or administration is required
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using various computer programs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to live on-site in provided accommodation
