Typesetter


A typesetter is responsible for arranging text and images in a visually appealing and readable format. They use specialized software to create printed or digital materials such as books, magazines, brochures, and websites. They work closely with editors, designers, and clients to ensure that the final product meets their expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare text and images for layout using specialized software
- Select appropriate fonts, sizes, and spacing to enhance readability
- Create page layouts that are aesthetically pleasing and consistent with the brand's style
- Proofread content for errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure that content is accurate and visually appealing
- Make necessary adjustments based on client feedback
- Follow industry standards for typesetting and design

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in typesetting or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign or other typesetting software
- Strong understanding of typography and design principles
- Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively

Salary:
The salary for this position will be $900 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Acre, a beautiful coastal city in northern Israel. While being proficient in Hebrew is not required, it would be beneficial for daily interactions.

Note:
This job is open to all nationalities. However, Nepali candidates who are fluent in English are preferred.
