Office Assistant - Monte-Carlo


We are currently seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our office run smoothly and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Draft and proofread documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Handle incoming mail and distribute it to the appropriate recipient
- Update databases and maintain accurate records of contacts and clients
- Support other departments with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must possess a biometric passport for international travel purposes

We offer:
As an Office Assistant at our company in Monte-Carlo, you will receive a salary of 1500$ per month. This is a contract job with the potential for extension based on performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without prior experience looking to gain valuable skills in office administration.
