Typesetter

We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our publishing team in Karachi. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and laying out text and images for print and digital publications. This is a full-time job with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Format and layout text, graphics, and images for print and digital publications
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to ensure high-quality publications
- Proofread and make necessary corrections to ensure accurate formatting
- Use software such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to create visually appealing layouts
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design software

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and other design software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of printing processes and file formats for print production is preferred
