The ideal candidate should have experience in merchandising and knowledge of the retail industry. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the buying team to create visually appealing displays and layouts
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and displayed according to company standards
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and product placement
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and consumer preferences
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and product performance
- Train and supervise other merchandising staff as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic recommendations based on findings
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
