Welder in Al-Khor, Qatar



We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques to join metal parts and components together. You will work with a variety of materials such as steel, aluminum, and other alloys.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Determine the appropriate welding technique for each project
- Set up welding equipment and tools
- Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by removing any impurities or debris
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Monitor the welding process to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect welds for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with different types of metal materials
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid work visa for Qatar

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with steel structures
- Certification in Welding from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of basic math calculations
