Job Title: Freelance English Language Teacher (Filipino)

We are in need of a passionate and experienced English language teacher who is a Filipino national to join our team of language educators. As a freelance teacher, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work from the comfort of your own home. Your main responsibility will be to provide high-quality English language instruction to students of all levels, ranging from beginner to advanced.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs and interests of students
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to enhance learning
- Create lesson plans and activities that incorporate real-life situations and cultural references
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and student engagement
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Stay updated on current teaching methods and techniques

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Must be a Filipino national
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
