Experienced Mason - Ashdod, Israel



We are looking for an experienced Mason to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing and maintaining structures made of brick, stone or other types of masonry materials. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, with the possibility of overtime.

Responsibilities:

- Lay out patterns and foundations according to blueprints or instructions
- Cut or break bricks and stones to specific sizes using hammers, chisels or power tools
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using hand tools
- Use levels and other tools to ensure the structures are straight and level
- Repair cracks and damaged areas in existing masonry work
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on construction sites

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Mason
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Strong knowledge of different types of masonry materials and their uses
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Indian-style masonry techniques.
