Executive Chef - International Resort in Mombasa

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our international resort in beautiful Mombasa. This is a seasonal job with a salary of 1100$, and we welcome applicants from Pakistan and Nepal. No English language skills are required for this position.

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the overall culinary operations of our resort, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control. You will lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of food and beverage service.

Your duties will include creating new menus, ordering supplies, and managing inventory. You must have a strong understanding of international cuisine as well as local dishes from Pakistan and Nepal.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end resort or hotel setting. You must be able to work well under pressure, demonstrate excellent leadership skills, and have a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.

As this is a seasonal position, accommodation will be provided on-site. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport from their home country.
