Freelance Floral Designer (Karachi, Pakistan)

We are seeking a creative and talented Freelance Floral Designer to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Freelance Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various events and occasions. This is a contract job, with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a floral designer
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers and their care
- Ability to create unique and visually appealing arrangements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Must have own visa and be able to work without accommodation

Responsibilities:
- Create floral designs for weddings, parties, corporate events, and other special occasions
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences for floral arrangements
- Purchase necessary flowers, greenery, and other materials to create the desired designs
- Arrange flowers in vases or containers according to design specifications
- Ensure all arrangements are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Assist with setting up and decorating event venues as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in floral design preferred
- Experience working in a flower shop or event planning company is a plus
- Knowledge of different styles of arrangement such as traditional, modern, or tropical
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must have own transportation
