Part-Time Office Manager in Karachi, Pakistan
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including handling administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and coordinating with other team members. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the office space to ensure it is clean, organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering calls and emails.
- Coordinate with team members to schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Oversee office expenses and ensure they are within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave requests.
- Assist in HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding processes.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
