Our busy restaurant in the vibrant city of Porto is looking for a skilled and customer-oriented waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take orders and serve food and beverages with a friendly attitude
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks to customers
- Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, including setting up tables, clearing dishes, and refilling condiments
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on customer preferences or dietary restrictions
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and resolve any customer complaints or issues

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter or server
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
