Part-time Teamlead in Svalbard


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Svalbard. As a Part-time Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role is perfect for someone with experience in team leadership, looking for a part-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and ensure completion of tasks within designated timelines
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of projects
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity
- Communicate with upper management on project progress and any issues that may arise
- Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork amongst employees

Requirements:
- Previous experience in team leadership or management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to legally work in Svalbard

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in the hospitality or tourism industry
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to employment

Salary: 900$ per month (pro-rated based on part-time hours)

Location: Svalbard (accommodation not provided)
