Part-Time Team Lead in Svalbard


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Svalbard. As a part-time Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a small team of employees to ensure the smooth operation of our company's projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Address any conflicts or issues within the team in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure project goals are met

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate others
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this part-time position.

Location:
This position is located in Svalbard, an archipelago situated between mainland Norway and the North Pole. While this is our preferred location for the candidate, remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
