Concrete Worker Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker Supervisor to join our team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically working with concrete. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of concrete workers, ensuring high quality work and adherence to safety standards
- Plan and coordinate daily tasks for the team, including pouring, finishing, and repairing concrete structures
- Train new workers on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials for projects
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Communicate with project managers and clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a concrete worker or supervisor
- Knowledge of various types of concrete, their uses, and mixing ratios
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
